4D IS A DESIGN AGENCY SPECIALISING IN THREE DIMENSIONAL DESIGN.

We create brand spaces, exhibitions and exhibition stands as well as displays and visual merchandising.

Our clients are in the fine-art, museum and high-end retail sectors. As well as those who aspire to that level of treatment for their products.

So what’s with the fourth D? That’s the bit where it all comes together - our designers follow the project through from concept into production and installation to make sure every project is exactly right.

The Four Ds :

1. DISCUSSION

We take time to understand what the design needs to achieve for you, your brand and business, the timescale, logistics and sign off process as well as any history or current ideas. Our client handlers and designers are the same people so that there is a seamless transition between ideas and realisation.

2. DESIGN

We invent possible creative solutions, considering display practicalities such as security, installation time, touring and shipping restrictions, budget, wear and tear, etc. Once we have narrowed down the ideas we use 3D rendering, CAD floor plans and maquettes or models, as well as drawings and samples to convey ideas and space solutions.

3. DELIVERY

We have our own in-house production studios to make everything we design. Nothing slips through the net. We are experienced installing exhibitions and displays internationally in spaces from 5-star hotels to football grounds and even TV studios high in the Swiss Alps.

4. DE-BRIEF

As each project comes to a close we review its effectiveness in achieving the client's objectives as well as the creative and installation elements. The team and client de-brief ensures we are constantly striving to improve our skills and offer.
